Christopher Cardinal
Kinesiologist
Chris is a registered Kinesiologist and a practicing member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK). He is passionate about helping others, improving quality of life and staying in motion!
In 2019 Chris graduated from the University of Ottawa from the Human Kinetics Program. While at UOttawa. Chris volunteered as an exercise therapist for the MS Society and became practiced in working with neurological disorders and rehabilitation programming. Since graduating, he has been working with a wide variety of clients such as those with musculoskeletal injuries, car accidents (including ICBC), and chronic pain.

Kiara Kilbey
Kinesiologist
Kiara completed her Bachelor of Science in Honours Kinesiology at the University of Victoria in 2021. She is a registered and practicing member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK).
Since graduating, she has gained a wide range of experience working with both the general population and elite athletes through her work as a Kinesiologist, strength and conditioning coach, and soccer coach. She is passionate about motivating all patients to reach their therapy and fitness goals and to get excited about living a healthy, active lifestyle.
Beyond working as a Kin, Kiara is also a professional soccer player and has spent the last two years playing professionally overseas in Ireland and Iceland. She has been an athlete all her life and is very passionate about sport; she started playing soccer at 5 years old and continued all through her youth before playing and captaining the varsity team at UVic and finally going professional in 2023.
Kiara was born and raised in Victoria on Vancouver Island and is now living on the mainland with her partner. She loves all the amazing outdoor experiences the west coast has to offer. When she’s not working or training, she can usually be found outside exploring hiking trails or the many incredible beaches in the area.
