Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy
What is Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy?
Pelvic floor physiotherapy focuses on the assessment and treatment of the pelvic floor muscles. Located between the hip bones and sacrum, they support the pelvic organs including the bladder, colon, and uterus. Our Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy offers custom, one-on-one treatment plans that aim to holistically improve the health of our clients experiencing issues with their pelvic floor.
We understand that pelvic floor issues can take a toll on your overall well-being, and we’re here to walk alongside you with expert guidance and professional care. Whether you’re suffering from pelvic pain, dysfunction, or seeking support during or after pregnancy, VanCity Physio can help you identify and explore the treatment you need to reach your goals.
