Kinesiologist
Neda Khaledi has an extensive background in kinesiology and is a former university professor with over 14 years of experience in exercise science and functional health assessment. She holds a PhD in Exercise Physiology and specializes in comprehensive postural, fitness, and functional assessments, with a focus on active rehabilitation and long-term functional improvement.
Her expertise includes designing individualized exercise and movement programs for older adults and individuals with chronic health conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity, and musculoskeletal imbalance. She works with clients across the continuum of care — from sub-acute recovery and injury management through active rehabilitation and into sustained functional health and independent activity.
Neda uses evidence-based practices to optimize mobility, enhance functional capacity, and promote safe, effective movement strategies that support both clinical and wellness goals. Her approach bridges assessment, rehabilitation, and performance to support overall health, quality of life, and return to meaningful activities.
